Vert’s A100 compressor helps mountain biking business by reducing workshop noise, keeping customer conversations uninterrupted

Tweed Valley Guides, an independent Borders-based company which specialises in guided mountain bike tours in the region has become the latest business to opt for Vert Technologies’ innovative A100 compressor.

Its new bike shop, Tweed Valley Bikes in Innerleithen, Tweeddale, is a 7stanes destination, one of south of Scotland’s world-class mountain biking trails.  Its bike workshop, based at the facility, is open-sided and as a result, conversations with customers could often be interrupted by noise.

Store Manager, Matthew Morris, said: “We have been very happy with our new Vert Compressor since our purchase. For many years we have used compressors for day to day tasks in a busy workshop and with our new store here in Innerleithen we were looking for something that we could use daily and not get in the way of our work due the noise level.

“The Vert compressor has worked perfectly since day one and we now find ourselves using it more often due to how quiet and efficient it is. Before, tasks would have to be stopped if customers were in the store as older compressors were very loud.  It was difficult for our customers to hear whether they were either in the store or on the phone”.

Vert’s patented Conical Rotary Compressor (CRC) technology lies at the core of its powerful compressors, which produce high pressure air without compromising on noise levels for the operator. The CRC’s innovative design has been described as the biggest advance in the compressor industry in 40 years.

Vert is currently accelerating commercial sales of its compressor units, powered by its patented CRC technology.
