Bike shops ‘go wild’ for Vert’s low noise compressors

The Scottish bike scene is waking up to the low noise benefits of the Vert Compressor range with a cluster of recent sales to bike shops in and around the Scottish Borders.

Attracted by the low noise and compact footprint of the Vert compressor, a number of bike businesses from the home of Scottish mountain biking have invested in the innovative compressors for their premises, enabling bike servicing and maintenance to continue seamlessly whilst nearby customer conversations are underway.

Tweed Valley Bikes Store Manager, Matthew Morris said “We’ve been very happy with our new compressor since our purchase.  For many years we have used compressors for day-to-day tasks in our busy workshop and we were looking for something that we could use daily which would not get in the way of our work due to the noise level.  Before tasks would have to be stopped if customers were in the store as older compressors were very loud.  It was difficult for our customers to hear whether they were either in the store or on the phone’

Gordo Hodge, owner of ‘The Bike Shop’ in the Scottish Borders echoes that sentiment ‘The Vert compressor has made a big difference to both staff and visitors to our shop.  We can now hold conversations with customers without constant interruption from the workshop compressor.  It means that bike servicing work can continue no matter how busy we are in the shop and makes for a much more pleasant working environment for our staff’.

Soul Cycles in Edinburgh and Pedal Power in West Lothian are also amongst the bike companies to have invested in the low noise benefits of the Vert compressor range.
